Swedish hard-rockers Europe are currently touring the UK to promote their eighth studio album ‘Last Look at Eden’. Here a few impressions from yesterday night:
British heavy-metal band Diamond Head opened for Europe at the O2 Academy in Bournemouth yesterday evening.
Jonathan Vandenbroeck, better known under his stage name Milow, is a 27 year-old singer-songwriter from Belgium. Last year has seen Milow rise to cross-border chart success with his cover version of 50 Cent’s ‘Ayo Technology’. I went to see him yesterday night in Terville (France) and I must say he played one of the finest gigs I’ve seen to date! Unfortunately there was no pit so I had to stand in the audience – in front of a rather tall fan – but I’m quite happy with the shots nevertheless. Check ‘em out: Read the rest of this entry »
Post-hardcore band Enter Shikari just started their world tour, the second stop being Bournemouth yesterday night. Their show was supported by The King Blues, an acoustic-ska band from London. Shot entirely with a 17-35mm. Unfortunately, security threw us photographers out after only 2 songs so I didn’t get the opportunity to take close-ups.
I was cleaning up my hard drive this morning and came across this batch of Keane’s “Perfect Symmetry” tour photos. Taken with my now sold poorly performing Pentax/Sigma gear 12 months ago enjoy a few shots from the start of my concert photography experience
Ocean Color Scene are quality britpoppers from Birmingham who just started touring the UK to celebrate the band’s 21st anniversary. The Moons supported their gig yesterday at Bournemouth.
